Happy Birthday Kira and Tucker

I sure had a fun filled weekend! Friday Mom and I met Dad at the new McDonald's for lunch. It has an indoor playground (the old one was outside). When you are three years old, this is like being given a vacation home in the Southern Carribean. I loved it! We stayed for about two hours.

On Saturday afternoon I went to Grandma Pam's and stayed the night. As always, we had a great time playing toys, babies, coloring, etc. Papa Charlie and I even ate ice cream in bed before we went to sleep. Mom just received a report from Grandma that I was very good. My grandparents are so cool!

Kira turned 9 on Saturday. WOW! She is having a big party at an indoor water park next weekend, but we aren't sure if we will be able to make it, so we went to her house yesterday to see her. Grandma Bonnie and Papa were there too. I had such fun playing with all of Kira and Geordan's big kid stuff. All of us (including Dad and Mom) played Rock Band on the wii, or as Aunt Nancy called it the W-2. I sang a couple of Hannah Montana songs for everyone. Kira got lots of cool big girl stuff like clothes and scrapbooking supplies. She also showed off her newly pierced ears.

Tomorrow is Tucker's big day. He will be 5 already! Can you believe that?! We will have to wait a couple of weeks to see him as he and Jaycie are having a big double birthday blow-out then. I hope you have a great day Tucker and a fun time in FL!

The Winter Slump

Winter is still here, so it is more of the same for us. We have been doing our best to get out once in a while to avoid getting cabin fever. Last Friday Mom and I spent a leisurely day in Springfield running errands, but mostly we have been getting creative with new things to play inside. Thank goodness I have such an overactive imagination. Daddy has been staying very busy with excavating work, but had a couple of much needed "slower days" last week when it was too cold to work outside. What you are seeing here is a Barbie cruise ship party, a great way to spend a winter afternoon.

The Non-Update

Just not much to report at our house. Life is good. I am still enjoying all of my new toys. I have been helping Mom do a major de-clutter of the house, and hanging out with Daddy every chance I get.
